友引人形
こんにちは、メモワールしらゆりの高崎です。
多くの地域に存在するしきたりのようですが、ここ富山県富山市でも通常、友引の日にご葬儀は行いません。
本来の意味とは違うのですが、"友引"という字が、友を引いていく、つまり身近な人が立て続けに亡くなることを連想させるからのようです。
仏教の考え方ではないので、友引の日にご葬儀を行うことについて問題があるわけではないのですが、富山に根強く残るしきたりのため、現在でも友引にご葬儀を出されるお宅はございません。
ただ、家族葬などの場合、ご当家のご希望で友引の日にご葬儀を出すこともございます。その時に使うのが「友引人形」です。
友引の日にご葬儀を行うことで周囲に不幸が続くことを、この友引人形が身代わりととなって引き受けてくれるのです。
富山市の斎場は全て友引の日はお休みなのですが、当メモワールしらゆりからも近い滑川斎場は、友引の日でも火葬を受けてもらえます。
その際の複雑な手続き等などは当ホールスタッフにて全て代行しておりますので、お気軽にご相談ください。

Hi! I realize this is sort of off-topic however I had
